“It is my serious, most heartfelt intention to give myself permission to heal, grow, and transform my mind, heart, beliefs, behaviors, and ways of being at the deepest level available to me at this time so that I will recognize, ignite, activate and embody the authentic truth and power that I am at all levels of consciousness, without resistance, judgment or fear, as I learning to make self-supportive, self-honoring, self-loving in all situations, under all circumstances, with all people.” 

Is Level II For Me?

At level 2, you will learn practices and processes and ways to expand your commitment to activating your inner power and experiencing your outer expansion and expression. Level II is about engaging in consistent practices that will develop an inner strength that manifest as consistently courageous behavior and choice. Clear boundaries and conscious choices are the keywords and visionary focus of this level. Level II is also about completing all of the incomplete projects or learning how to let them go without guilt.

This is the perfect place to start if your current life experience is hectic, overcrowded, or over-committed. Your house, your car, your purse, and your closet may be cluttered, and it still feels as if you don't have what you need. You know you are in the right place if:

You continue to do more for others than for yourself

You have a hesitancy or resistance in giving yourself permission to dream bigger than where you are right now

You are happy, sometimes sad, rushed, hurried most of the time, and

You know what to do but can’t seem to get in gear to do it.

What Level II Offers:

Level II is all about integrating everything you already know into a practice and a process that benefits you. The knowledge and information that you currently have must be practical, personal, and provable if it is to be valuable. All of the time and money spent in classes, workshops, reading books, and following this or that teacher mean nothing if you are not prepared and willing to bring them to fruition.

Building upon the solid foundation of Level I, Level II takes your personal growth to the next level by deepening your understanding of yourself, recognizing and transforming the habitual patterns that hold you back, thereby expanding your capacity to thrive in every area of your life. You will learn how to align your mind and heart, your thoughts and emotions, and your internal experience with your external expression. The time and energy investment you make at Level II can enhance your ability to maintain a mindful presence in challenging situations with unshakable confidence and emotional resilience.

What You Can Discover and Recover in Level II

Unfocused personal development and haphazard spiritual practices often lead to confusion and a lack of direction, which are followed by fear and resistance. There is a reason you drop out in the middle. There is a reason your prayers and affirmations are not manifesting as fully realized expressions and experiences.

There is something you are doing too much of or not doing enough of that has you working hard and receiving less than you deserve or desire. Chances are you have absolutely no idea what these things are or have been.
